Are there Abs Under there
Thursday, April 24th, 2008so, for the last month, i’ve made abs a priority.. I mean really working them.. 3-4 times a week, instead of the quick 1-2 times before a workout… I’ve noticed major strength increases, and my leg lifts are now done with a 4 pound ball instead of just body weight. When I push around my fat, I feel a rock hard set of abs underneath.. but Im wondering at 12% body fat, should they all be showing already? or do I need to get to around 8-10… im shooting for that BF %, but Im also hoping I dont get there and realize.. I needed to be working my abs even harder to make them bigger and more pronounced…
Guess im kind of talking to myself, but if you have any clues on finding abs… give me some feedback.
