never a better time make a move,  new place, along with new additude, and new diet, i am very excited, i love the new feeling, of everything,

so starting xmas eve, my carbs are gone, bye,bye, so the the next time i post picture will be jan.7/08. there should be a big difference in the way i look. but i think it will be interesting to see what my stats will be.

since i am moving it shouldn’t be more then 2 weeks before i am back on, but to all MERRY CHRISTMAS AND HAPPY NEW YEAR. MAY THIS YEAR BRING YOU EVERYTHING NEED AND WANT!

today’s weather was out of control, i think we got 60 cm, dude i had a workout just giving to walk to the gym,

gym,gym,gym, it seems i am always at the gym, i like it, but i find after a while you start to notice how people are just a bit off, it more like a "days of our life".  i find people watching or profiling, whatever you may call it, it  passes my time on cardio,
