What’s Up with My Training NOW

okay cool, first off things are going pretty good, i really cant see much resultage right now phisicly, yet my strength is defenently increasing, This is week 3 of my 5×5 regime, it has helped me really lift alot more weight. not only that but my protein intake has went out of the chimney, or in other words… i’m taking 300g of protein daily. wich is very hard for me to afford. becouse they sell whey in bottles half full, owell about that, if you really want to gain muscle your budget will change, no smoking= $$$ no junk food= $$$ thus the left over $$$=protein and other healthy stuff you can buy that when consumed properly=muscles+strength. so how has everybody been doing anyway. i notice that everywere i look the women look 20, which is amazing cuz they are not, unless by chance you are. i am just way motivated by people in their 40s that honestly look 20. my parents have had a hard time with health and to see people their age looking 100,000 times better than me, it motivates me to stick with it. and hopefully i might get involved in competition, like omar vent
ura or jay cutler, when the amazing body starts to pay for itself.  so i have learned
alot about bodybuilding since i started
, and i want to be well porportioned and cut, like for example carrot top, lol he’s doing
great hu? he and many body builders on fit tv really inspire me to not turn to steroids to look good, it’s all about taking care of your body. hopefully i end up meeting a chick that really takes care of hers, so she can give me extra motivation to keep it up, cuz after people get together, it seems like the phisic goes out of the window, who knows? but for women it just seems like they would really have to be motivated to keep themselves looking so good even after just one child. but yeah thats pretty much were i’m at. like my stats say i’m 150 lb and 5 10 and i am benching 150 now without a spotter so i’m moving the weight up, lets see how fast i can go up on this regime. thanks to all yall that have given me advice, and all the big guys that know what they are doing here, it really helps out alot. i really think its incredible, and i love the posts that yall write it gives me a chance to practice literature. so thanks again. keep on building muscle, and maintaining yalls selves.

MY TRAINING NEEDS TO GET TWEEKED

ok my training is super basic, i just wish that it worked as i hoped, any ways I do 50 chest pushups every day aka wide pushups. i do waited calve raises, with only 10 pounds 3 sets 100 reps every other day. ab work out every other day. i usually do 1 set of 20 reps on 10 different ab work outs that hit the uper and lower abs and obleeks. i curl the curl bar at 50 pounds just 1 set of 5 reps, wich i have difficulty maintaining good posture doing, and i usualy curl with dumb bells 10 pounds on each hand and do 3 sets of 20 reps perfect. my favorite exersize is the bench dip for my triceps. i usualy do 4 sets of 20 reps, i feel like it works my chest more than my triceps so it feels good but i cant see any results to my triceps, i usually do the bench dips every other day, i do the bench press at 108 pounds and i do 5 sets of 5 reps, i feel like if i had a spotter i could raise the reps to a 10 and see progress. i like to play soccer and run on the tred mill. i do one of the two activitys for 20 minutes at a good pace without stopping. so that is my reshime, tell me how to tweek it up to results. thank you.
