New picture

Hey guys I know its beena while since Ive updated my pics.  But Ive been wanting to slim down before I do so. Well Ive done so and need to get somone to take some pics. IL have lost 30 pounds since last year. I know its not the most revealing picture.  But you can tell that Ive leaned down alot. Im not flexing or anything in this pic. Just standing at a gas station. BUTT KICKER

Okay we all know that those of us who really lift hard and intensly that its painfull and other people in the gym look at us like we are crazy.  Well this is normally how it goes for me and then I do cardio everyday.  Well I went to the local gym, other than were I work out to get some supplements and they said I could come to the kick boxing class tonight.  Well I thaught okay sounds good I hear that stuff is pretty intense.  Well they anint kidden cause it is.  I dont think Ive ever had such a cardio workout that worked secondary muscles as well.  It was awsome, I would suggest that anybody enroll in these cause Im sure that if you go and try hard and dont just half crack it then youll get an awsome workout.

My weekend

Ya know the weekends in collage are the hardest when lifting seriously because all my buddies wanna go out and drink.  But this weekend I didnt drink a lick nor did I eat anything to stray from my strict diet.  It was tough but now that its over Im proud of myself, because I know a case of beer would have ruined alot of what Im working for.

Welp Ive discoverd through faith that many things are possible. And even though I could make this really long I just wanted to motivated everybody out there and say that through Christ we can do all things. And ya know what when we have a bad work out or whatever then its truly okay. Because thanks to God we still have tomorrow.  So dont get to down about it and get back up cause when life starts kickin us, we have to let God do the kickin back.

BICEPS?????

Okay, Ive always done a heavy bicep work out.  And a while back I noticed that one bicep had more of a point to it than the other, and i didnt do anything about it.  So about 3 weeks ago I decided that i was going to change up my routine.  So i started doing lighter weight with perfect form and completly draining my biceps.  I started doing seated dumbell curls and isolations, and I can tell a difference.  As soon as i started isolating my biceps I could really tell that my right one had been doing the majority of the curl work, which is why it had a better point.  So Ive been trying to work my left equal to my right one and its catching up, in strenght and shape.  So hopefully in after a while it will catch up all the way.  Its somthing that I ignored for a while but now Ive decided to do somthing about.  And WOW what a pump I get from isolating them and squeezing them.  My biceps look and feel bigger than they did when i would curl 135 for 6 and things like that.  So Im gonna stick it out for a while.  If anybody has any tips or hints just let me know cause Im open to any advice, its the only way to learn.  Thanks.

New work out.

Welp I started a new work out last week and its going great so far.  The past 8 weeks or so Ive been doing dumbells on all my benches 8×6 and its worked great but its time to get some strength and mass back.  So now im doing peramids.  I started out last week with 165×10 and added 20lbs each time and went down two reps.  Except i cheated on my last set and instead of 245 i went to 250×2.  Each week when i complete that succesfully i go up where i start 10lbs the next week.  So this week I started at 175 and ended up at 265×2.  I cheated again and instead of goin for 255 i went for 265, it wasnt to bad, but that means next week brings more. But, I really enjoy pushing myself.  Its a killer flat bench work out.  Through in a couple different types of flys and ya get quite a good heavy chest work out.
