DL 2×5 working sets 225-245-245 with a hold on the last reps on each set for 30 seconds
BB shrugs 3×10 135-145-135
Rope Curls 3×10 (did that shock anyone at all?) 55-65-75
notes: Ok my back is still sore from Saturday. The lat pulldowns I have a hard time because pronated grip I cannot do since the wrist injury and the "traditional" grip hurts my tendinitis. So, those felt weak and awkward and sad. DL felt ridiculously heavy, but this was my first time doing DL after 2 working sets of something else PLUS sore forearms. I need a belt…I may take donations. BB shrugs are easy, i should have gone heavier but wanted to feel out how my arms did with them. Rope curls also significantly easy and I felt a little silly doing them as well. I also HATE working out at the time I went to the gym today.
