I am too tired to write details LOLOL
My legs are FUH RUH EYED!! (sound it out damn it, it makes sense) 45 minutes of power & explosive moves plus typical weight bearing activities blah blah blah….
Eats are so ****ING ON as well.
I am so excited to see the scale in the morning again! I fel like this is the turn on I have been needing in a while….FOUND IT!!
I am going to look BANGIN BY MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND!!!

Which pisses me off! I used the 60’s tonight for incline DB press, last week NOT on a diet I was up to the 70’s dubya tee eff!! ( i am very pleased with myself for spelling out an acronym, I am a geek, thank you)
I had boiled dinner yesterday and some candy with the kidlets but it was still not enough to impress the 70’s. I think I could have gotten 2 reps up but that would have been a bit pointless. Had the gym been slam packed crowded then I would have done it just to impress the boys *wink*….but I was sated throwing the 60’s for 8 or 9 reps.
Typical workout for upper body and eats were slightly low today, I think because of the pig fest over the weekend.
Down 1 pound even after eating everything which could not out run me. ( I won’t miss that cat one bit) Hoping tomorrow the scale will at least be polite as i will be weighed in at the doctor’s office…..I want the nurse to say "That can’t be right you certainly don’t look like you weigh THAT much!??!!?"

Ok so nailing down the eats proves to be trickier than I thought it would be. I am so use to under eating when cutting and this time I want it to be delicate and balanced slowly melting the fat off the muscle I have added. No muscle is allowed to leave me…..so I have to balance diet and activity, right? Duh, I know.
So for plan projection I was to eat cals2168 240protein 67fat 151carbs
I managed to eat cals2021 191protein 61fat 178carbs
Over in carbs, under in fat and protein….I should be flogged…:)
I did upper body metabolic SHIT FROM HELL and my HR was so high I wanted to throw up just doing upper body work! When I stretched out my shoulders were too tired to hold my arms straight out! It was a great workout! I would type it out but I have blocked out most of it and the rest will flash back in therapy no doubt.

when I woke up yesterday. That is good tho. However what was not too good was I ate over calories…under maintenance tho, so MEH…I am aiight. I feel leaner, I love how dieting messes with my head like that. If I had a cream egg I would feel like a a fat butt monkey.(MY 4 yr old adores me and calls me a fat butt monkey, we believe in tough love here)
So, for my activities yesterday, nothing out of the norm and no specific workout. My foods were 2000 cals (the FDA would be proud)
Protein:226 (one scoop PP powder, the rest was chicken and CC)
Fat: 83 I thought it was more but I realized I did not eat the dressing so I could not count it
Carbs: 89 ….asparagus was my friend yesterday.
Hey on that show John and Kate plus 8 a plastic surgeon’s wife was watching and felt sympathy and kinship with Kate and offered her the plastic surgery to help repair the damage of her pregnancies. I want to just say if there is a plastic surgeon’s wife out there reading this and wants to pay for a tummy tuck for me, I would gladly accept! So…call me!!!
I just thought I would throw that out there.

Here is my PLAN PROJECTION.
cals2168 240protein 67fat 151carbs
and my actual intake was
cals2105 253protein 63fat 155carbs
MAN, it is like I PLANNED IT!!! I did not really, it was luck of the Irish or some shit like that. Seriously, if I just stuck to eating like that I will have this fat off me just in time for 4th of July BBQ’s and mowing my summer lawn in a sports bra and shorts. Nice way to intimidate the new neighbors, eh?
Now, my workout yesterday was pretty simple however I wanted it to be noted I once again bench pressed. Nothing amazing or impressive as it was 135 for the highest, however, having not benched in well over a decade (really it has been like 2 yrs but a decade sounds more seasoned doesn’t it?) I figure 135 is aiight. I DID handle the 70’s for the dumbbell incline press which let me say was ….hhhmm..intimidating and rewarding. I was actually nervous to try them! I am so good with pulling heavy things..I love to pull, pushing is a whole different game for me. However I got 4 reps out of those 70’s! I will always end with the 70’s for the DB’s (well until I need the 75’s)! Must be all the push ups from my metabolic work…it is a lot of weight pushing up this winter body.
So, today’s food projection is the same which makes it easy because I can eat the same foods I had yesterday. Not literally the same foods because that is impossible of course. (Aspi world we live in)

I took a 4 mos break really from dieting. I was lifting hard and trying to eat clean. However, with the added LBM I know I added fat as well. So, time to CUT THE FAT (is that a coined phrase elsewhere? I will be sued now)
The plan:
Carb Cycle Calories Protein Fat Carbs
Low Days 1766 200 80 60
High Days 2168 240 67 151
My workouts will be the usual 4 days per week. 2 heavy 2 metabolic. I like the metabolic work so much I cannot drop it, plus it gives me a cardio workout as well. I also like picking up heavy shit and moving it slightly and then returning it to the starting point. It makes me feel like “one of the guys”
So, the fat loss etc has no real specified time line, but I may tighten the belt as Spring gets warmer and I still want to wear sweatshirts.
