I am on day 4 of a protein sparing modified fast..(Lyle McDonald) and WOW!! I am only eating LEAN protein, roughly 230 grams a day and fiberous veggies….
What that means for you kids who have yet to jump on the diet insanity raft…I am not eating nuts, fruits, potatoes, rice, oatmeal, carrots, peas..carrots and peas are the vegetable black sheep yanno…not a fruit because they do not taste like an apple and people have to force you to eat them when you are a 4 yr old…and not a veggie….even tho you are forced to eat them when you are 4 they are more like a potato wannabe….So, instead of eating them I placed all the potatoes near them and scream YOU WILL NEVER BE ONE OF THEM!!! Hey, it passes time.
I am on day 4, as I said, and am down 10 pounds scale weight….please note I am not 17 nor did my daddy by me a BMW for my 16th birthday so I am WELL AWARE it is not fat loss but weight loss at this time…all the glycogen I have left in my body is hiding on the corners of my body knowing the SWAT team is coming to rip them away.
On day 11 of this diet I will begin a massive carb load…the potatoes and peas and carrots have a date on my calender to be consumed. Then of course I will also eat some ****ing candy…I love candy…*blows kisses* LOVE YOU CANDY!!!

Then of course when it is all said and done I hope to be about 8-10 pounds of fast loss gone. Now I know some of you are already hitting the "contact" button to send me emails asing me wtf is wrong with me and why I am doing this so let me save yopu the finger blisters.
4 weeks to a photo shoot. That should mean a lot to a lot of you…..My cookbook needs piccies of me in order to stimulate appetite yanno!
