Aiight!! RDL’s kicked my ass..but I look better for it
Saturday, September 29th, 2007First on order of course are the foodies for yesterday:
Total cals 1838 *oink* far more than I was going to eat, like 400 cals more…I was SO HUNGRY tho. I don’t think it had anything to do with the bagel with "lite" cream cheese I got at Dunkin Donuts *batting eyelashes* I left the house with just coffee and protein powder in me belly…hwat was I to do? Plus it tasted so effing good…very salty and I loved it.
Fat 41 g’s which is what? A lick off a grill at a fast food diner, really…..I will buy some avocados….sorry Fat Gods….err,um that would be Gods of the fat….
Carbs 166 DAMN YOU BAGEL!! This did not even help my RDL’s either…..
Protein 187 because I am a giant wall of muscle really.

WTF!!! Why was this so HEAVY!?!? I work with this girl who is having life trauma one after the other and she talks to me during my heavy lifts…I think it is throwing me off. This happened during Monday’s rack pulls as well. SHUT UP AND PICK UP SOMETHING HEAVY YOURSELF!!!!!!
