What..eerrr..where is my water gain?
Tuesday, July 31st, 2007After all I DID carbload. I ate popcorn, rice crispy treats, meringue cookies…Oh yeah i had high fiber breads and potato etc etc..I just felt it important to mention the junk food first because it tasted better. So, the scale this morning says………178…….maybe tomorrow? Tho tomorrow is a low carb day again.

Fat 47* felt like I was missing out on fats….2 weeks ago this would have been a high day of fats.
Carbs 224 *I was told to have 100 grams extra which would have put me at 250 but I was to have the majority of them around my workout. I workout at 7 p.m. In 2 weeks on my next reload I will drink the carbs with the weights.
Protein 189 * One day 189 will be my weight and I will be around 15% BF…..and I will still like pink and puppies *sticking tongue out*

I had to do antagonist sets with the last 3 rack pulls because I was pressed for time. My shoulder did ok with 40lbs. I would like a spot for 45lbs, please? By the last set of inclines and rack pulls my forearms wanted to know what the hell was happening to them.

Ok now my shoulder seems ok still but why the HELL does 110 feels so heavy to me?

My shoulder started grinding on the last 2 sets. Ok it has never behaved so poorly before with the grinding. I was not happy. I was however, pain free till I rested the arm on the bike handles for the sprint portion of the HIIT. Then it ached but nothing catastrophic…the shoulder will live another day.
