Daily Update
Wednesday, May 30th, 2007I have a knot in my middle trap today. I always get that when my 3 yr old sleeps in our bed. I put her back in her bed 3x but she kept coming back. I am hoping I will still be doing cleans tonight at the gym regardless of the knot.
Last nights I did my weight class and then later did my own weights as well as a 10 minute HIIT. I wanted to do HIIT for 15 minutes but DAMN I had nothing left in my legs at ALL! I think it was from the 1 hour weight class and then my own upper body workout.
I did notice on the “pec deck” that I was using a higher weight than the in shape guy who used it before me. I love that! I don’t think my back is as strong as it should be but that may be that all the back moves are with a pull not a push and my shoulder still hates to pull heavy weights.
All 6 meals yesterday were clean.
No change in the scale at all.






ok so there was more involved but hey..we did play with balloons.
