Thursday, March 29th, 2007Ok down 3 pounds since last week! I am liking how this is looking and I should be at my goal at or before May 30th!
I love it when things roll along nicely! I have decided contrary to my meso type build I prefer higher reps (10-15) over harder and heavier loads. I like to keep rest sessions short and the heart rate up. I don’t get that same rush doing heavier loads or doing cardio.
Favorite body part right now is my pectoral tie in with the collar bone. Fav to workout tho is glutes, quads and hammies.
Looking forward to shorts and tank top season!
