Tomato soup roatator cuffs laughing quietly

So regarding my current state of crappiness, I think bodyauditor may be right.  I may not be there yet but I may be well on my way to OTS.  Over the last several months, I’ve put on 13 lbs, stripped away bf and have yet to give myself any kind of extended break.  Here’s a question though; does it have to be a period of COMPLETE inactivity?  What about like 15 mins on a cross-trainer and some rotator cuff exercises or something like that???  I need SOME kind of physical activity!

Meh, I’ll figure it out.  I want to do everything at once sometimes so as difficult as it will be, I’ll chill for a bit.  Things are getting hectic with my schedule so now is a good time anyways.

On a different note, a serious problem has been brought to my attention.  Everybody here is constantly Laughing Out Loud.  I’m afraid it’s getting just a bit too noisy in fact so I’m going to ask that people begin Laughing Quietly.

Life is peachy.

I dreamt about tomato soup last night.  Pretty sure that means I want to go home…any dream interpreters out there?

Have a great day everyone.

Later,

Dave

I think as long as you go lightly with the exercise for a few days you will be recharged. Take more of an active rest day or two.

On the tomato soup thing..if there was a grilled cheese sandwich cut diagonally to go with soup…then yes. Its time for you to come home. It wont be long and you will be back in your own home. Hang in there.

PS since you didnt need the last package, I sent it to another soldier. Hope you dont mind, I have to do my part.

Yeah…..I think you are leaving out way too much relevant information on the soup dream.
    Was is homemade, or canned?
    Made with water or milk?
Like daretosoar said, was it with grilled cheese? maybe crackers? or worse….alone???
Did you make it yourself, or was it served to you?

    LQ!!! ;)

    Have a great day, Dave

It was made with milk and warm delicious mustard served to me on 45lb plates by hula girls chanting something about asparagus and the collected works of Henry David Thereau while I waited for the couch to get out of the oven (the main course). But I figured that part wasn’t important.

I WANNA KNOW ABOUT THE SOUP!

    LQ

    OK….you don’t have to yell!

I’m going to say that the tomato, a plump ,red, delicious fruit ….squished of its life, sacrificed to nothing but a mere pulp and puree, is representative of not you coming home, but symbolic for the secret hate you have for foods that contain lycopene.
Ok, What are the characteristics of soup? Soup is warm and comforting. Maybe you are dreaming about what you desire, warmth and comfort from home, relationships or friends. Sound good?

I don’t know if you play sports or not. Maybe take a few days off the gym and play some hoops or something.

  6. mmeyer41 Says:

If I can’t LOL, then can I LTM? (Laugh to myself) Teehee! Take a week off…no you dont have to be immobile! Like mr king himself just said, play some sports or go hiking or something!

  7. pixiglittrpants Says:

LOL at mmeyer (oh wait, I mean LTM, damnit… I always did suck at the quiet game!)

As for the rest - it’s super hard, but after a day or so of the uncomfortable rest, I do tend to have more energy and a, dare I say, extra bounce in my runs. I think it could be worth it.

  8. Sunnez Says:

So is LTM the new LOL ??? Nice going Mike…
    :)

Taking a break sounds good, you should go for it.

  9. shihando Says:

Wow. Tomato soup is just nasty! Maybe it’s your body telling you to relax in a kiddie pool for a few days or suffering having to eat tomato soup!

When do you get back State side?

  10. DanicaX Says:

My advise to you is active recovery…like some good old desert walkin’…maybe some ice skaking. Ha! You don’t have any ice….sorry. But serious about the active recovery rest.

….and fromflabtofab analyzed one of my dreams a few weeks ago. I paid him a pretty penny, but he may do it for you for free since you are serving our fine country and all… phhhfffttt. LQ

from one of my favorite websites:
    http://www.dreammoods.com/dreamdictionary/

    Tomatoes
To see tomatoes in your dream, symbolizes domestic happiness and harmony.

To dream that you are eating tomatoes, foretells of good health.

    Soup
Similarly to food, to dream about soup, represents emotional hunger or nourishment. In addition, it also signifies comfort and healing. Consider the contents inside the soup and its symbolism.

Does that make sense to you? :)

spooky thing is, it really does but I was goin for the humorous approach…interesting though

  13. paulapop Says:

Hummmm Tomato Soup……warm, comfort food………I usually go with the dreamers gut instinct. We subconsciously know what the dream means (it came from the subconscious after all), so your gut is usually right.

  14. ninjabill Says:

If I dont LOL…I get headaches! I guess it has something to do with post lifting stress Disorder (PLSD) Wow I could run with that….lol
