welcome
blah blah blah…..this is my first post and I’m driving my wife crazy because IDK what to say.
so again….welcome.
and forgive me if this becomes repetitive. cuz it will. I’m not a big blogger or into MBs…in fact I used to make fun of my wife with her chatting….i guess now she can start making fun of me.
I found this place 2xs…1st encounter i thought it was strictly body building and just clicked out. several months later i saw an ad in a mag and i decided to check it out again and THIS time I explored to find that not only it’s for die hard body builders but for also the average Joe, like myself.
it’s going on 3 months and I have been staying motivated, found TONS of info, and am starting to meet peeps along the way. I used to WO in HS & the ball game now is completely different! I used to work out in split routines:upper and lower, 4xs a week. Now i just hit a body part a WO. Its amazing how things change over the years. I try to WO 4 days weekly, but its hard with the family and work. in the last several months i’ve seen a difference in my WO and transforming my body.
once again, welcome to my blog (see, i told ya) I have to apologize in advance cuz I wont be posting tooo oftgen but you’re more than welcome (that word again) to leave a comment or 2. when I do post, they’ll probably be long. I talk a LOT.
