I simply could not wake up. I slept through the previous night, all day, and through the following night. The hell of it all is that I am still tired. No workout done at all.

Completed my exercises and ate clean. My body is so tired and the fact of the matter is that I am one fat, weak sob.
Walk 18 min @ 2.5 mph
Walk 30 min @ 2.5 mph
50 squats

50 squats
I am amazingly tired and sore after such a simple workout.

I have been sitting here looking at all the great people on Bodyspace and have come to a conclusion. This is my last attempt to get in shape, drop the pounds, live the life. I am sick of the yo-yo weight loss and weight gain.
If I can’t get it done this time then I am nothing but a poser, a wanna-be. Look, I have been on this site for a long time and am still within 20 pounds of my starting point. Well enough of this ****. I will not quit and I will not stay fat. I am not a poser and am not a wanna-be. But the challenge is to me to actually do this thing and stop giving it lip service.
You will see me post fairly often and I will continue to post through my goal weight and onto my fit body. If I revert to my old self I will stop wasting this site’s bandwith. It is really simple after all. Decrease calories and increase activity. There, for all of you wanting to know how to lose weight and lose it fast, is the key. I know what to do and now I just need to do it. Or I need to accept the fact that I am a fat, lazy bastard. I will know which is true at the end of the year.

The good news is that I have maintained my weight since my last weigh in, even though I had been eating poorly. The bad news is that I am at the same weight.
At least my mind has been right for more than a week and my eating has been clean during this time. My goal is to walk twice a day and do 50 squats throughout the day. Unfortunately I failed to get up for this morning’s walk.

How do you find the energy to do a great workout? Currently, I have no energy. I could sleep 20 hours out of 24. It is a struggle just to get to work and stay working for 8 hours.
So I have been pushing through the lethargy. Cardio and bodyweight workouts are the core of what I have been accomplishing. But if you guys know of a true, healthy supplement that will energize me please let me know. Oh, caffeine does not do the trick.

Well, I seem to be losing the same 30 pounds over and over again. I don’t know why my will….dedication….thoughtfull purpose breaks down at this point. One of the problems is that I have been too cheap to buy new cloths at this time, so the cloths fit sloppy. I think I am gaining the weight back so that the cloths fit better….maybe. It could be that I simply don’t have the mental endurance to get past that point, or maybe I see 30 pounds as a place to reward myself. No matter what the deal is I will get past it this time. I am sick of being a 350 pound slob!

Many of you are probably going through the very same thing that I am. Holiday parties and the food that accompanies them is driving me nuts. Look, my will power, when it comes to food, is proven to be fairly insufficient. Now I am surrounded by crap that makes me fat!!!!!!
So what is my game plan. Do I just say no, or do I go for the moderation strategy? I guess I am doing a combination of both. I say no except for one day a week. That day I allow for moderate cheating. Yes, it slows my weight loss down. Yes, I would be better off if I could just say no 100% of the time, but I am afraid that if I do that I will end up binging when my will power falters?
How about the rest of you out there? How are you dealing with the holiday feasts?

Another week down and another pound down. It was a rough week and exercise plus diet suffered. I am just grateful the scale did not go up.

If you remember that I am working on 3 sets of 12 weeks with 9 mini sets of 4 weeks each. Well I have finished the first 4 week mini set of the first 12 week set and have lost 13 pounds. The last week I dropped 4 pounds, the most lost in a week.
This has been done without working out. My plan was to walk 6-7 days a week and to do my compound band lifting every other day, but I just can’t seems to gather the energy. I hope to change that today. The diet has not been as strict as I would like it to be. One night each week I have had pizza, and another night each week popcorn. The other things missing from my diet are the veggies. So my diet is about 90% good. I need to up the veggie intake though.
