Finding Energy
Tuesday, June 16th, 2009How do you find the energy to do a great workout? Currently, I have no energy. I could sleep 20 hours out of 24. It is a struggle just to get to work and stay working for 8 hours.
So I have been pushing through the lethargy. Cardio and bodyweight workouts are the core of what I have been accomplishing. But if you guys know of a true, healthy supplement that will energize me please let me know. Oh, caffeine does not do the trick.
