Finding Energy
How do you find the energy to do a great workout? Currently, I have no energy. I could sleep 20 hours out of 24. It is a struggle just to get to work and stay working for 8 hours.
So I have been pushing through the lethargy. Cardio and bodyweight workouts are the core of what I have been accomplishing. But if you guys know of a true, healthy supplement that will energize me please let me know. Oh, caffeine does not do the trick.

Well Jumbo, you and I have a lot in common. Weight is close, age is dead on and we’re both very tired. I am suffering from the same lethargic feelings right now. Gets on my freakin’ nerves. I do not know of a supplement to help, but what I do know is that exercise helps me. When I get in this rut, I turn to cardio (high intensity, 90 sec high, 90 sec off, 90 sec higher, 90 sec off, etc). I put in about 15 minutes like this follwed by moderate treadmill or bike work. Mix cardio in with some intense weight lifting as well. The point here is this…..there must be some intensity to get your fired up. Well, it works for me…..hope it does for you too!!!

right there with you guys, its a struggle sometimes just to go to work let alone workout too.
