					<description>Try having some protein every 3 hours.  I eat  hard boiled egg whites and that gives me added energy.  Upping your vegetables is also a good idea as long as they are green vegetables ( broccoli, spinach, asparagus.. etc)  Keep up the great work.  Stay strong and focused!</description>
