More on the 52 Weeks

If I average 2 pounds lost per week over the 52 weeks I will be down 104 pounds this time next year.  Following my 4 13 week block plan I should be down 26 pounds at the end of each block.Being extremely fat I am faced with two wants; to be at my end weight quickly, to be at my end weight now.  These wants are not realistic.   It will take time to get to where I want to be.  It will take 2 year or more when all things are considered and that is just too long for my head and heart to deal with at this time.

So I will forget about my final goal and look to the end of my 13 week block.  I will place all of my focus on losing just 26 pounds.  That is a number I can deal with without freaking out.

This sounds like a tremenous undertaking and i wish you all the luck in the world. I think setting the smaller goals is a great idea. I have been tring to do a smaller goal of 50 lbs and just cant seem to get close to it. I started out at 300 and am now 318. I cant complain because my bench has gone up about 100 lbs in 6 moonths and things jiggle alot less. I know that i have gained this weight in strength due to my measurements and BF% but it would be nice to see the belly go away. I think diet has been my problem not that i eat junk food all day but i just dont know if i have it tweaked just right. My father was 6′7 and 400 lbs so i am just a big any way. Enough about me. I think it is great that you have set this goal and know that you can attain it since it seems that you have set your mind in the right place.
