Day 2 and I Stilll Don’t Have It Together
Ok, I consider day one accomplished and fulfilling my goals, but it could have been better. Today I realize that I don’t have food to hit my 6 meals and I am back at work again. Berries, cottage cheese and pecans for 5:30 breakfast —good start, but it is 10 and I am overdo for eating with nothing at hand. Well I have a trusty jug of protein and some tuna fish in the drawer….that is fine, but I need veggies man.
So I am doing fine, but I need to do some better planning. Planning is key to my success as I have seen before.

Planning is key! It takes a bit to get used to it. they say it takes doing something 21 times before it becomes a habit. Cook your dinners the night before with a lot of extra food and buy some ziploc containers to store perfect sized meals. Plan all 6 meals the night before. Do this 21 times and it becomes a habit, and when it becomes a habit it becomes easy. good luck.
