Day 1
I consider this day 1 of my renewed effort to be fit. I start the day with a cracked ankle at work for the 6th day straight. My job is 100% sitting on my ass so an extra day at work is a problem.
Long Term Goals:
- Weigh 200-220 LBS - Currently I am 375
- Run 2 miles in a time that passes the ARMY PT test for my age
- Pushups & situps that pass the ARMY PT test for my age
- Ride the RAGBRAI
Medium Term Goals:
- Break 300 LBS prior to January 21st
- Miss less than 24 days of 1 hour (at least exercise) as of January 21st
- Miss eating clean less than 6 days as of January 21st
- Progress pictures every week
Short Term Goals:
- Drop 12.5 pounds per month on average
- Exercise 1 hour per day with one day of rest
- Eat clean 29 days out of 30
- Post exercises on BB.com
- Progress pictures every week
Well, that pretty much marks it. I know that eating poorly feels good in the short run but leads to allergies and depression. My Grandson must never know a fat Grandpa.
