It is Getting Better
Wednesday, June 25th, 2008My mind is slowly getting right and the diet is coming together. Reading the posts of people on BB really keeps my mind right and encourages me to stop accepting less than I want and less than I am capable of.
A question for any that are reading:
After falling off the wagon, do you find that exercise or diet gets you back on track? I know that it takes both, but I find exercise really kicks in my want to eat right.
Diet soda is the DEVIL!
