1 1 cup yogurt + 1 oz almond + 1 apple

2. 8 oz turkey burger + mixed spinach salad + 1 oz cheddar cheese

3. 8 oz salmon + mixed spinach salad + 1 oz cheddar cheese

4. 8 oz turkey (white and dark meat) + waldorf salad

5. cottage cheese + 1 oz almond + celery + apple
Friday

1 Cottage cheese + 1 oz almond + apple

2 Missed

3 5 oz turkey pastrami + 3 pickle spears + 1.5 cups celery

4 1 cup cottage cheese + 1 0z mixed nuts + 1 cup blueberries.

5 12 oz feta burger + mushrooms + onions
