Reclaiming My Passion In Full Force. I took a break from the competition circuit to care for my son born with Cerebral Palsy and when he was ten and further diagnosed with an innoperable Dandy Walker Cyst on his brain, his quality of life became my passion and my desire to compete and become a fitness model/icon took a big back seat for a longer time than I expected. During that time I was crippled with fear of what his life would become without me and therefore I became very depressed and developed a big back seat to say the least. What I failed to realize in my sorrow and determination to give him the best care possible was that if I did not take care of myself to the fullest and waited for my health to deteriorate someone would need to care for him or oversee his needs prematurely. He is now a stable young man with some additional outside care and I have been blessed to get my athletic and artful outerself back with a vengence. What I have achieved since January 2004 is quite amazing and I am loving it with a passion! Living Proof Muscle has Memory and that fat can take a permanent back seat. Love Always, Juliet Banks

Aim High! If you believe it, you will more likely achieve it. Never lower your expectations of yourself. We were all placed on this earth to be magnificent in some special way! All it takes is you, not the belief or approval of others. Be amazing to yourself and spectacular in achieving your goals. "Imagine what you would attempt to do, if you knew you could not fail." (author unknown) Stop dreaming about it and get started today!

Leading a fit life will make your aim its sharpest and make it easier for you to have what you once thought was way beyond your reach. Bullseye!

I hope you enjoy and value your transformations and the life lessons that emerge from each one as much as I do. Love Always, Juliet Banks

Just want to say Thank You to all the men and women that are serving in the armed forces accross the United States of America and also over seas. During this Memorial weekend I can not help but want to express my respect and gratitude for those that have died and for all you do to keep my World and my children’s World Safe and Peaceful. Your sacrifice is appreciated and you are always in my prayers for a safe return to those that Love you at home, wherever that may be. Sincerely, Juliet Banks
