Hello everyone,
I would love to use this blog as a way to learn new workouts and tips for motivation. I absolutley love working out and pushing myself to the max. I’m always on the look out for new recipes, and new crazy exercises. I am now ready to get serious about competing in my first figure competition. However, I am a little lost in this area. Not sure which ones to enter and how to find out more information about it. Any suggestions?
