Motivation
This week is going awesome! and I’m so glad, because last week was soo rough! I completely lost my motivation and was not in the mood to do anything! Now I’m back on track and working hard! I lost more 2 lbs and I am siked! This site keeps my spirits up and my motivation going! I have grow to love the gym and everything about it. I started this just a few months ago and I’m addicted! I love it! Everyone’s comments are so helpful to me!

CONGRATS ON YOUR LOSS! KEEP UP THE HARD WORK! Thats the wonderful thing about lifting. So few things are garunteed in life… but if you lift, eat right, and do cardio… you are GARUNTEED to reap the benifits.

Congrats on getting back on track. Isn’t BB.com such a great community? Everytime I start to get down and slightly give up, I look at someone else’s progress and know they had to work hard for it and it makes me get back on the horse. Anything work something takes hard work.
That and once you get in the gym, you get that high and it’s hard to STOP going after that!
