FINALLY!!!!!
After 4 months of lower back problems, its finally starting to heal up. I just hope it keeps on this track.
Im so excited…did legs today without a pinch or a problem and I feel great. I’ll post a video later and I know its not THAT much weight but its a start and thats all I can ask for now
