Ok On this we will be doin dips and push ups u will do them 4 times a week i do them every day if i can

Soon u will be able to start at 40
        If on day 2 your hurtin
            do good worm up

If u do this right i promiss some crazy things

    u sure u gonna be getting lots of mass with the push ups?

    I do push-ups every morning, they might not add to the mass, but for sure defines your chest, help in the size your triceps, and deltoids.
    Keep pumping heavy and smart plus free hands exercise and yes it will keep your size and definition.
