Tommrow i have pose prep im goin to the gym at 10 and prep starts at 12 i dont no wat i will see i dont no if im read theres class for me its 145 and under im 144 so that class i will not worry about but the 155 class will have to see about dose eny one have eny advise for me on what to do and do people think im ready?
