Hey! so i’ve had a week off from the gym, eaten pretty much whatever-ish that i’ve wanted and now back to a routine. I did put ten lbs on lol but im guessing some of that is water. i went to the gym sunday and was still vascular so i think my whale body image is pretty much a mind game, and i got my abs back this morning woohoo!
After each event/life thing i go through i like to take a military aproach to things and do an After Action Report or in less words a reflection on the event.
Things i’ve learned:
-i love being on stage
-i will find a new method of tan applicationn
-six meals a day is something i NEED to do for my sanity
-bikini bite isnnt as weird as i thought it would be
-i have more potential than i initially thought
-facebook is a great bb connector
Goals for the future:
-get to baby makin’ )
-after baby switch from figure to fitness
-work on glute/ham tie in
- get certified in personal traiining and rock! lol

Hey all1 i got 3rd out 5 in height class D and overall im happy with that! I do want to find out where i can improve.. I got a lot of feedback from competitors and the crowd saying that had mad potential and would do well in the future, so that made me feel awesome! I had a TON of fun and made a lot of new friends, ill do a mmore detailed blog later when im not doing it on my phone, later!

Hey all! so here’s the updates I’m 3 days from comp and the trainer is saying I’m dialed in and peak week actually hasnt been as bad as expected! Probably cut the carbs they’ve been increasing this week on friday to include my water down to a 1/2 gal. I did the bodpod today and I’m 132 lbs (thats now 50lbs lost!!) and 10% BF!?!?!?! woohoo!!!! Other than being tired I’m really excited and feeling confident with the way I look and feel. I get to meet with a figure pro tomorrow and she’s going to help me with my posing so thats really exciting. I have been practicing but since I was able to contact her I want/need a trained eye for the poses top bring everything full circle. My husband is back home so thats awesome too and I’m glad he’s back! I officially made it through halloween with out cheating at all on the candy so that was a little victory also. All in all its been a really rewarding experience and I would definitely do it again. I think next time I’m going to bulk up a bit and go for fitness. Well I better get back to it and wrap things up, hope all are well, later!!

Hey all! Been pretty busy lately with everything here and I finally had a chance to sit down and do something more than just post the progress pics, lol. New things going on: I hit my goal weight of 142 which makes 40lbs lost…and then I shot past it and still losing weight, woohoo! So now I’m at 136 which is still mind blowing because the last time I was this weight was in 8th grade. Trainer was saying that by the time the comp hits and I’m dried out that I would probably be sitting around 127, another mind blowing when that occurs. Overall I still feel good and my spirits are high. I had a rough week last week due to getting a flu vaccine and it making me feel like utter cramp for 3 days. Luckily I leaned out so much last week that I was able to do a cheat meal which was just in time for my Bday!! I went to a comp to watch on that day and got out a bit late so I just treated myself to a dessert from chilis, it was sooooo awesome!!!!! I had a crazy sugar buzz though for the ride home since I haven’t had sugar in about 3 months. The show is in almost two weeks (nov 7th) and I’ve pretty much got all the logistics and details taken care of, room, tan, suit, coach, shoes, etc. Posing is still a work in progress but I think its coming along alright. Hey all! Been a decent minute since I’ve blogged, sorry about that, lol. Spirits are still high, fighting a cold but I’m so full of vitamins it hasn’t been too bad. My trainer and I did a carb load last weekend and woah did that make a difference! Everything just started coming off really fast. She upped my cardio too. After the carb load my cut diet went down in calories and carb. I think everything tied in and made a huge difference this week. I’m going to do the Bodpod this wednesday and see what my actual BF is since the calipers seem a bit bogus. Still working on my posing, that is a workout in itself! Other than that not much else going on. Hope everyone is well, later!

Hey all! Just been busy with work and training for the competition. Hope everyone had a good Labor Day weekend. I spent mine with family and being the DD…lol It was all good until I had to drive people to Taco bell… I was very hungry but did resist!!! Huge triumph for me, lol! The weight is still coming off. My trainer said we’re going to take some progress pics this wednesday so hopefully I’ll have the chance to post them. Training is going well, last week was hard but I was trying to do a million things at once. Other than that, thats it! Hope all is well with you!

Hey all! so my diet is going well, however, my trainer changed it up again after two weeks to keep my body guessing. She lowered my carbs and the cals kinda stayed the same. Whew I am one hungry puppy!! I am already seeing the results so thats good and makes it all worth it. Other than that really the only thing going on is I test for E-5 on friday. My husband made it so I definetly have to make it, lol! I’ve been practicing my posing, convinced the hubbie to take pics so I can see my back, etc. We still have yet to do that. Not to much else to talk about just workout, work, eat, shower, sleep, repeat, and a few other things in there ;O). Thanks for stopping by, later!

Not much going on here at the moment. Pretty much work, workout, eat, repeat. Oh! I did go see the lady that is making my suit!! got a swatch and I think its going to be very pretty, I just hope I can get my booty to look pretty in it too, lol. The price was reasonable and the lady was super nice. She had some stage jewelry also so I got a bracelet and some earings. Already got my shoes in the mail and will start practicing in them.Luckily I think I’m more functional in heals than in flip flops, seriously…lol had to tap dance in heals for years when I was younger. Can’t be any harder than that! I need to put some progress pics up soon, sorry! Its just been so busy lately with everything. I’m starting to see changes but I still worry that I won’t be ready in time. I shooting for 140 but mostly looking at the muscle appearance. Who knows tho. Still have a booty…good and bad at the same time. My arms are coming through nicely (I think). My trainer has me doing some crazy stuff but it keeps things interesting, lol. Hey all so I started my cut this week after meeting with my trainer. The diet isn’t horrible at the moment, but food prep and a scale are key at this point. I bought one scale and it sucked so I had to go back and get a digital, mucchhhh better! I can already seen some changes, mostly flushing out the water weight and getting rid of some bloating. Of course its my special TOM at the moment so I’m sure things will get better after that goes away. Last week was crazy busy due to figuring out how to plan/cook everything and being my first cycle back at work. We work 12 hr shifts and I also live 45 min away so I was one tire puppy. Enjoyed the weekend of kicking my butt in the mornings and then being the laziest piece you ever saw the rest of the day…lol. Anyway, back to work tomorrow and still on the search for my swimsuit. Hey all! Well now that I am back from my awesome vacation I have picked the gym that I liked best and meeting with my trainer/dietition tomorrow. I ended up picking the more old school gym, just had a better vibe than all the others. I went to Jen Hendershotts AWWW and it was really a treat! Took some pics, but I’ll post those later. Anyway sorry its short but I am on the hunt for a kick ass swimsuit for competition. Have a great day!
