This is what my diet is looking like

4 oz chicken/ 1.5 cups of brown rice

4 oz chicken/ .5 tbsp of Natty PB

4 oz chicken/ .5 tbsp of Natty PB

Pre workout/ 2 cups of toasted oats

Post workout/ 1 scoop of whey/ 2 cups of toasted oats

4 oz chicken/ .5 tbsp of natty PB

5 cups of toasted oats/ .5 tbsp of Natty PB

Overall feeling good Sodium is in check, looking for that shrink wrapped look when I get on stage, almost there. Can’t Wait.

I keep watching all my old dvd’s and looking at all my old pictures. I feel that every time I go into the grochery store I buy a Bodybuilding Magazine. In class I keep going over my post season Macro’s. This show is 11 days away and all im thinking about is a show 2 years from now. Mr Buffalo.
