Monday, October 15th, 2007This is what my diet is looking like
4 oz chicken/ 1.5 cups of brown rice
4 oz chicken/ .5 tbsp of Natty PB
4 oz chicken/ .5 tbsp of Natty PB
Pre workout/ 2 cups of toasted oats
Post workout/ 1 scoop of whey/ 2 cups of toasted oats
4 oz chicken/ .5 tbsp of natty PB
5 cups of toasted oats/ .5 tbsp of Natty PB
Overall feeling good Sodium is in check, looking for that shrink wrapped look when I get on stage, almost there. Can’t Wait.
