Warrior Diet day 17
Skipped a day yesterday. No harm no foul. Should have been day 16 instead I typed day 15 again. I am half way through a month and I`m down 9 lbs. The only thing different about what I`m doing is powerlifting when Ori`s on a basic bodybuilding workout. He said its all about freedom so I`m doing what I choose. Besides I don`t think I could live the rest of my life following Ori to the T. I have a back up diet that could go on just to lose weight and I KNOW it works. Its the caveman diet. I want to get down under 270 thats my goal for the next week.
I had mixed nuts for breakfast and fresh squeezed carrot juice. In the long run I do think its fun to experiment with different diets. It helps dicipline me to to eat direct things instead of impulsively eating whenever I want. I know that eating impulsively was my down fall in the first place. Now I am practicing a healthier diet by eating select foods during the day. So It does`nt hurt to try. I guess you don`t know which way to go until you try. All you can do is try.
