Hey man,

Gymfreak is dead on with his advice. If you're busting your a$$ in the gym, the only thing holding you back from fat loss will be your diet. I have no idea what you diet consists of, but if you start making a few tweeks to it, maybe cut out about 4 or 500 cals a day you'll see results. Also, pay attention to the carbs, make sure you're getting good slow digesting carbs, and avoiding sugar, corn syrup, sodas, etc. You don't have to cut everything out at once, but def start cutting the bad sugars and start drinking at least a gallon of H20/day. It really helped me. There's tons of great info on this site about building a diet for weight loss.

Sidenote: Also remember to pay attention to your appearance, fat coming off of your chest, arms, legs etc. with your weight staying the same is still progress.

Good luck, and if you want some more specific help, hit me up. I'm on a fat loss journey myself, down 31 lbs over the last 3-4 months with little to no cardio. IT'S ALL ABOUT YOUR DIET!
