Breaking My Road Blocks

Wow, it seems that when we gather up all the things in our life and reflect on them we seem to block out a few small things. We settle for our set path of repitition and try so hard to speed up everything we do…

Last week, If I were to tell you about my week I would have told you it was terrible. I was working a bunch of hours at my office and eating terrible foods.

Everything was fast and easy, that way I could concentrate on the important priorities I had set for myself at the time. Even when I got home, the meals were something that could be thrown in the microwave and eat super quick, that way I could get to bed.

And to top it all of… The gym, ha… There was no time for the gym at all for about a month, due to the intense schedule I was trying to up keep…

So here are my steps for breaking such road blocks, and keeping your self on tact with your Diet/Program.

Breaking the Road Blocks

  1. I have started waking up at 4:30a.m. and going to the gym to work out before I have to go to work. Though this means that I have to wake up very early, and crash early the night before. It is my way of keeping the gym in my daily schedule.
  2. Working out at work… Oh yeah, if you check out my work out schedule in on my bodyspace, I have a set list of exercises I do while I am at work on my lunch break. I even on my breaks will take a lap around the building to get a good amount of blood pumping.
  3. Food is very important, because I have let my self go the past few month and have adapted some terrible eating habits. And I will say that I have had some help with it too… But I picked up a book called “The Fat Smash Diet”. It is the same diet that celebrity fit club follows, so I plan on giving it a try. Buy the book… :D

Over all… Remeber that no mater how busy you may get, take good care of your self. That is a very important thing, because you only have one body. What you do with it is your own personal business, but as far as i am concerned…

I want to be a hottie…

Thanks and I will chat with ya later,

Josh
