Big honor for me since it is one of the biggest magazines in the world and it will be my first actual job as a fitness model. Things have been slow to progress for me since time has been an issue with me going out to NYC. But my agent kept telling me this could be a career for me. Well, he calls me up on Thursday this week and said he has BIG NEWS. I will be the centerfold poster shot for the magazine! I was buggin the hell out! First job, big magazine, CENTERFOLD! My agent said be prepared for what this will be bring. My whole life could change from this. My body is ready, mind is ready&#8230;I AM READY!

I am not into self-promotion anymore and all of that. I have representation and website going up. I am into to helping people get to a level where they CAN self promote them selves and pr find representation. I know what I got and where I stand in my life. These things would just be me spreading myself too thin. Thanks for all the support and kind words though.

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I have been away for a while. Trying to sort some things out in my life. I am heading back out to NYC for 2 weeks on Oct. 27th. I have been kind of pissed off cuz the first few times I went I was not all that happy with the shape I was in. This last time was a spur of the moment while I was on vacation in S.C. so my body was not on point like it could be. I am making sure this time around I will be on point. I have felt really guilty cuz my agent has put a lot of time and money into pushing me to companies and I have not put the time and effort into staying in NYC longer to get work. That will change. I want to see how &quot;big&quot; I can get in this business and make not only people close to me proud, but myself proud. I know I got this&#8230;.So my body will be in its best shape ever&#8230;.I have been working hard on it since I have been back the past 2 months. Leaner and prettier&#8230;.THATS HOW I DO!

I am going to keep my protein high, but instead of a gram per body pound, I am going to a 1.5 grams per body pounds. And my carbs will be a little bit higher do to my training change. I am going heavier than before. Fat will remain low though. Cardio will be more intense but not as frequent through the week. I love to experiment with diet and training. I am not big into supplements cuz I like to see what I can do on my own and have pride in that.
