I appreciate all the awesome support from you guys! I have been super busy trying to get content ready for my website. It just launched so we are working out the tweaks…I will try to get back with everyone ASAP! Keep riding with me!!! Heres a diet tip for you…When trying to get lean, dont count calories! Count carbs and protein…A good ratio is 75% of your body weight in carbs, 100-110% of your body weight in protein…GOOD LUCK!

As a Christian man I am thinking the Lord is talkign to me more and more these days of my purpose. Losing my brother to a lung disease and now recently finding out my dad has lung cancer has been issues in my life that have made me stronger. I think I was put on this Earth to spread the message of taking care of ones body. Its not about looking like a fitness model, or a bodybuilder, its just about being healthy. In today’s times we over look that. I am here to help but also take care of my own too. I will do what I can to spread this message. And if I cant inspire each and everyone of you through talking to you one on one, I will do it through my life and photos, showing you that I dont take any of this for granted….I feel blessed with the opportunities the Lord has put before me, and I want to share that with others and hopefully spark something in them to make that change in their life. It seems a precious few who dont know me that well have said certain things about me now since I have a site up where you have to pay for my one on one knowledge and help….???? Anyone who REALLY knows me knows I am here to help. My bodyspace page is not going anywhere. I will still post tips on my blogs and keep people up to date on stuff. I have found with this new found popularity some people think of me as being greedy or what not, when in actuality they are. So I dont deserve to be compensated for spending time and effort into helping others who actually request to pay me for it???? I get emails on the regular from people who dont even give me the respect of checking out my bodyspace page and reading my story. They see a guy with a body and think of trying to pick my brain with no regards to my time. I am a good, God fearing man…This site launch was a soft launch to work the kinks out. So people that have been with me since the beginning and are happy for me, thanks. For the people who just know my pictures and just keep wanting more and more and more from me and send shallow comments to me, thanks! It keeps me knowing that regardless of how hard you try, or how many people you help, not everyone will like you;-) God Bless everyone!

I have a few guys at my gym that are all about Cross Fit. I have read up on it a lot and think it is good to do 1-2 times weekly, but I dont agress with the 3 days on 1 day off approach. If you are out of shape and weak I believe it will get you better, but eventually you will be tapped out and overtrained. A guy had been bugging me to do the "Murph" workout. Now from what I have heard it is one of the hardest exercises to do that you can get off of the site. I LOVE bodybuilding, but I still do conditioning training once a week. I am not the "all stuff no buff" kind of guy. I love runnning, jump roping, swimming, and love the TRX training. So I thought I would endulge my boy Nate at giving this workout a shot. The workout consists of" Start off running a mile, perform 100 pull ups, 200 pushups, 300 bodysquats, then run a mile again…add your total time. You can partition the pull ups, pushups, and squats anyway you want. I did the suggested partition of 20 rounds of 5 pullups, 10 push ups, 15 body squats. Heres where my meat headed competitive side came out. I saw they had the "Body Armor Murph". This is where you do the whole routine with a 20lb vest on….I WAS SO IN! I was being told it was gonna killĀ me since I never done a single cross fit workout. Oh well, such as life, HA! My goal was to get done with the workout, not go for time. I knew though after getting into the workout I was gonna challenge myself. My goal turned into knocking it out in under a hour. From what I was told that would be phenominal! I ended up finishing it in 59:54….YA BUDDY! It was a great workout and might throw a workout into my weight lifting routine once a week. I love the weights though. But I would recommend looking into some of the workouts to kick your ass once in a while!

Well I have decided to quit the bulking stage…and go into getting cut. I tore myself UP at the gym today! It felt good….Time to get cut up! Heading out to NYC in Sept. and hopefully LA in a few weeks.
