Focus on whats important in your life…
Six pack abs, big arms, tight booty…not important…As much as you think it is, understand, they are not. Those things in time will fade. Keep your mind sharp, spirits high, love family, Lord first…You guys stay blessed!

For the moment, I only can maintain my body, do not any heavy, i do not do kind bendover row anymore.
Basically this time recovery rate is quit slow, now I totally blank what should do because quit unluckly occuring during my gaining period.
I not sure whether can slowly put away bodybuilding first, concerntrade on recovery.

I agree that those physical attributes are not as important as other things but those things won’t fade if you live a health lifestyle and keep putting the dedication and hard work in.

True indeed. I think this is extremely important coming from someone in great physical shape like you, J. Many people lose sight of what’s important in life, all for social acceptance and validation. We all suffer from a little bit of it. It’s only human. But it’s good for you to say it so people wont think that the physical is all you are about all life is about. Plus you got a great voice here. Ive been listening for about three years now!
As always, Keep motivating the masses, bruh.
