Ya ya its going on August but no worries..the final design is about done. The wait has been good though cuz more people have subscribed! ok forward to seeing everyone on there…its going to be a blast!

Tip of the Day….

When doing DB flies for chest…you dont need to go too heavy. I see guys at the gym who are just starting out lifting who are not that strong or big trying to do flies with 60lb db’s! Keep your form proper and really focus on the stretch on the negative, and the squeeze on the positive part of the rep. It doesnt matter if you have to go light for this…You are in the gym to tone up or build, not impress people with how much weight you can try to throw around.

The Lord has blessed me and only through him not even half of my success would be possible. This ride is not over. I am here for myself first. Mind over matter is key with some exercises. When I do pull ups, this comes into play. Instead of focusing on bringing your chin up to the bar, change your mind set to bringing your elbows to your side. Its a little head job for your body, and it helps me get a few more reps out.
