Time off was needed for me. I was getting burned out so bad. My workouts were suffering, diet was lagging. Its time to start it back up and roll out!

how many times a week do you work out?…and i take nano vapor pre workout and 52g whey protein after…i am hoping i results soon…what are your thoughts about this?
