Time to switch up my style…ALL AROUND….
I am going to redo my diet and training. Go through and make some changes. I think I have hit a rut with things. I am going to keep my protein high, but instead of a gram per body pound, I am going to a 1.5 grams per body pounds. And my carbs will be a little bit higher do to my training change. I am going heavier than before. Fat will remain low though. Cardio will be more intense but not as frequent through the week. I love to experiment with diet and training. I am not big into supplements cuz I like to see what I can do on my own and have pride in that.

Great idea! I just sat down today to start carb cycling (3 days low–70 gms and 1 day high –120 gms) and see what results I see. I changed my split and going to increase the cardio. Good luck!

Why do you need to change it up? Are you not happy with your current shape? You look fantastic! Are you wanting to get even bigger? I guess it all hinges on what your goals are. I often wonder how far I am going to take my fitness. How big and defined is enough? Whoa. LOL Do what makes you feel best, right!
