I talked to my agent and I will be in NYC the first two weeks of September so I can be a part of Fashion Week. This is a great opportunity for me and a great jumping off point for my modeling. A lot of good news in a short amount of time. I am digging that!

I had someone from Gaspari and Pro Labs email me about possible rep work. I felt kind of weird cuz I dont take many supplements…They were asking if I was interested in taking all these NO2 pre cursors and creatine ethyl ester stuff and whatever…I dont handle that stuff really, my agent would…But I dont think it is something that would be good for me right now.

This woman I work with said her mom saw my pics. Her mom is 50 something and very reserved. She told me her mom was starring at the computer and started to turn red in the face…The woman I work with looked at her mom and asked, "Mom, are you ok??" She didnt respond for a few seconds like she didnt hear her and suddenly said…"You work with him huh?" She replied "Yes, why are you blushing?" Her mom looked at her and said, "They didnt make men like that when I was your age." LMAO! I fell out…She said her mom never talks like that….I have to gloat sometimes, right;-)

Find out what works for you and stick with it until it fails then drops it! LOL….That pretty much it. So much of my time was spent for trial and error…or even trial and some success. I want to tell these people what would make this muscles grow faster or how to lose fat quicker, but its really how YOUR body responds. I will always be the first to give out advice…but the truth of it all is, YOU will have to find whats best for you in the end. We really wont know whats truly the "best" diet is for getting cut or getting bigger…cuz we would have to mix and match so many different foods. If you find something that give you some success, start from there and work forward. These magazines will tell you "A recent study at Blah University shows that…" whatever….That was how those subjects tested, NOT YOU. So dont get disappointed if a diet you read about or a weight lifting routine you saw doesnt work for you. It doesnt mean hope is lost and you should quit. This is a part of the game baby…its rough out there….You will stumble, you might even fall, but our bodies are pretty magnificent if you give them the tools needed to show you what they can do. You are not destined to be fat, skinny, chunky, or have a gut…You just havent found what works for you yet…Keep grinding and digging, its there…dont quit!

Its rough…LOL….I am going on I think 110 carbs right now and its 10 p.m….My water weight will be gone though by Tuesday which will be weird and I will look nice and cut up by the time I go to the beach Thursday…I am still seeing if I am going to be apart of Fashion Week in NYC….I will be sleeping in airports, taking layover flights…the life! LOL…Thank you guys for your motivation!
