Its all about fun…

Monday, July 21st, 2008

You got to have some fun when it comes to staying in shape. You cant take this shit too seriously. If you do, you will get burned out and fail. Dont strive to be someone else’s "perfect", be your own "perfect". I fall victim to that from time to time…But I just go through the motions with diet and training, do my thing and be done. Working is a lifestyle for me, but its not my life….Best wishes people and do your best at whatever you, cuz in the end, thats all that counts!

Back to the grind…

Sunday, July 20th, 2008

Well, weekend is done…time to get back to the low carb days of summer…LOL…Its a hard game I play, but its so fun at the same time!

Leg lifts…best ab exercise…

Saturday, July 19th, 2008

I will always say that leg lifts work your abs the best…Everyone wants those tight abs…but the hard ones to get to show are the lower ones….Remember, legs lifts and crunches wont give you a six pack, diet and exercise will do that, but to tighten up them muscles…leg lifts are the real deal!

Some advice…muscle confusion

Saturday, July 19th, 2008

I wanted to speak about something that I am a big believer in with getting great results when it comes to lifting weights and looking for some highly wanted size. You have heard about it before I am sure. It is called muscle confusion training. Pretty much all this means is staying away from the term "routine". Our bodies will respond to a regular routine but in time we all hit a plateau and see very little gains. With muscle confusion training it always keeps things new and your muscles growing and responding. One of the hardest things to do as a weight lifter "especially when you are seeing results" is take a break. If it be 1 week, 2 weeks, or even a month, eventually our bodies need a break to get over that hump. Muscle confusion pro-longs that break by allowing you to see results. Muscle confusion consists of either sticking with the same exercises and just changing your reps, weight, and set change….or just doing different exercises every week, every other week, or monthly….I like it cuz it keeps things new. The gym can get pretty routine and boring…and your intensity just falls off big time. Give this a try and I am sure you will like it.

Top 6 again/???????

Uh oh, from a long break can I come back and show my mug in the top 6??? LOL….who gives a poop!

Saturday, July 19th, 2008

I feel so damn bad cuz my fan club is insane…Instead of being smart and adding people as they request me, I put it off and now it has gotten insane! I am going to take 2 hours tonight, strictly for my people!…(LOL)….So no worries and I do apologize…
