Athlete first, weight lifter second…
I like to think I am athletic. i actually train my body based around the idea of staying athletic…I like to have speed and strength…Usually when focusing more on one, you kind of lose a little of the other. So balance is key…..

I couldn’t have chosen better words. As hard as I push myself in the gym, I do it for a specific purpose, to best a force on the field.
