Starting cardio back up….
I have taken the last month off from running to test out how much my diet alone keeps me lean…I was happy with the results, but I can surely tell that the cardio at the end of my weight lifting makes the difference from being lean to being ripped. I will start off running 5 days a week the first week, the drop down to 3 days a week.

I totally agree. Cardio makes a huge difference and you can’t lie to yourself and skip it.
How much time do you spend lifting and then doing cardio? I do 1.5 hrs of lifting and then 20 minutes of cardio (cycling between high intensity interval cardio and low intensity cardio day to day). Some might call it overtraining but I find it pretty effective. Not sure if the cardio is preventing muscle growth though.

My routine is pretty much the same as yours…a hour and a half of weights, 20-30 minutes of cardio.

Josh, what is your choice for cardio? Bike, treadmill etc. Are you varying intensity or just going hard for 20-30 mins?
