Chest Training

These are the exercises I do for my chest……

I start off with some downward cable press’s on the cable crossover. I dont do heavy weight at all…just focus on stretching the shoulders and chest and warming up the muscles.

Flat Bench Press/DB Press 4 sets 8-10-reps

Incline Bench Press/DB Press 4 sets 8-10 reps

Decline Bench Press/DB Press 4 sets 8-10 reps

DB Flies 3 sets 10-12 reps

Pec Deck Flies 3 sets 8-10 reps

I end my chest routine with 2-3 sets of pushups until failure.

I will alternate week to week using either regular BB bench press or DB press’s. Always doing flat, incline, and decline. Switching your weight up between sets on any exercise, keep the muscles guessing.

What’s your rep and set count on downward cable press?
Thanks Josh, also, any pointers you can give to help develop male cleavage(inner pec) would be good.

looks good josh. For me though I limit myself to 4 chest exercises as to not to overtrain. Ill probably cut out those decline bench presses.!!

    keep it up

Will do this in next month, im currently on a power routine.

and antonio dont worry too much about this overtraining bs, as long as you’re eating and getting 7-8 hours of sleep you’re good to go.
