Sorry…made a small reference to Michael Jackson classic…Anywayz…I made this blog in ?’s to reps and set to do when lifting weights. I use to follow a set rep/set routine….The sets I will go atleast three while working any body part…But the reps is where the difference can be made. Instead of having a "set" number of reps…Just push yourself to failure while either upping or lowering your weight through sets. Going to failure is what really shocks those muscles into growing!

Well I was working out today..during the afternoon hours. Usually I am there in morning, with the "morning crew". I used to be apart of the "afternoon crew" while I was at my other job working the 9-5 thing. Some people I havent seen for over a year and lets say they were shocked by how I looked! LOL, it was a good feeling. They asked me if I was on anything cuz I am bigger and ripped! I laughed and told them, its all about the diet and training. I kept having people come up to me saying I looked amazing. Its such a good feeling!

Well the gym is closed today due to Easter…which is cool cuz I needed a day off anywayz. My job has been kicking my ass and working out, even though its a stress release, has been physically wearing me out. The low carb diet just doesnt cut it some days for the energy i need to perform at work and the gym…But it does cut it when it comes to getting my muscles to show better, LOL. I hope all of you stay safe and enjoy your holiday. Its not about the Easter bunny, remember that;-)

I just wanted to post a blog dedicated to those folks who get their ass up and go to the gym, who run, who watch what they eat and resist the temptations. The people that have found out either at a young age, or recently, that this lifestyle…is the one they were born to live. Its hard, dont get me wrong. Its not always enjoyable, if anything its a pain in the ass. But we do it…Why? Because we hear that little voice, we feel that little nudge, we find that little spark, that lets us know, WE HAVE TO! Whatever the reason, the motivation, the determination, WE DO IT! And thats all it is….Aint nothing to it, but to do it. And we do…so if you know you fall into this category of a precious few, look at your self and be proud…you have earned what you have done…If its a modeling contract, magazine layout, or you are just healthy (which what this is about)….We keep pushing not cuz WE feel like we want to, but because we feel like we HAVE to. Its automatic baby…DONT SWITCH GEARS!

I have switched some things up in the gym….More heavy weight, pushing my limits. Body has grown great…Carbs have been low 5 days out of the week, fat low, protein high. Nothing but clean mass…..I am digging the results. I have actually gained about 5 lbs in a month. I am going to try some new supplements…(just some pre workout stuff)
