I am not able to watch your videos. I wanted to watch them but either the link is broken or the vids are deleted.
I am 40 yrs old in PA with a lung disease. I was hoping to get some advice from your videos about what worked for you so I then can use your info to help me be healthier.

First off, I want to say thank you for posting your knowledge. People who take the time to share their experiences make bodybuilding a sport worth following. Your progress is phenominal and you should be proud. My question is concerning low card days. I’m in the process of testing carb shifting for myself. I was hoping you could post a sample menu of what a typical low carb day looks like for you vs. a higher carb day. Thanks for listening and keep up the good work!
