I get a lot of questions of what i eat during my low carb days and what I eat when load up. Monday through friday its all about veggies, fruits, and white meat and fish. One day a week I eat red meat. (I just go through wendy’s and get 4 junior bacon cheeseburgers without the bun and kill them)….I keep my protein high and fats to a minimum cuz I dont want my body to use any outside fat sources for energy, I want it to burn whats on my body! On my loading days I focus on complex carbs like bread, oats, pasta, and I keep my protein kind of low and fats low. Then I start all over again. I hope this helps:)

Part of the reason why I workout is to show others maybe who are in the shoes I used to be in (really skinny) or people who are overweight that will dedication and determination, you can have the body you want. There is no hidden secret, you just need to do it! People say that I motivate them, well I want them to know that the kind words they say to me, thats my motivation, so I thank you.

Dont get caught up in the hype of being a mass monster or super thin, fellas and ladies. Its all about what you want. My body is the one I inspire for and work hard for. I like the overall lean and thin look. Muscles are cool, but I dont want to be huge. I used to be 150lbs 3 years ago at 5′11, so I cant get too greedy about my weight;-) I go to the gym and see guys bigger than me, lift heavier weights, whatever…The gym and working out is your personal time set in a populated environment. Whether you are sculpting your body, building it up, whatever, use it to your advantage, zone out, and go to work. Its your temple, take care of it, and trust me, it will take care of you…God Bless
