Last cheat weekend…
Well I just got done with my last cheat weekend. Actually, they were my two cheat meals. I have to carb up two days out of the week so I use those days to have my cheat meals, which really arent too bad. Just a lot of carbs in them. I have to stay clean for 2 straight weeks. Still carbing up 2 days, just need to make it mostly fruits, veggies, and whole wheat foods. Once again, I love this stuff.
