Prepping to be pretty again…This is where the sport begins…
Well, I have a ritual before I start my cuts. I cut my hair really short, so I grows back our even. I get all my supplements lined up in my cupboard in alphabetical order (why I dont know) and I start tanning sessions which is weird cuz I am naturally dark but I like to get a more level darker skin complextion. Then I get out my old Reeboks…Ohhhh I love them shoes. There are funky and tore up, but I can run forever in them. I have to do this for a month. i got my lipo-6 and ready to rock after the holidays….This is where the sport truly begins….Diet, preparation, training, motivation, determination, and consistency.
