Been a while…been busy. I just wanted to post a blog about some stuff. I get a lot of ?’s about people thinking they should be in some sort of pain when lifting weights to get results. I always say chase the burn or pump if you will, not pain. I know we here are these macho terms in the gym about "no pain no gain" and all that. There is some slight pain in working out, you are breaking down muscle tissues…but it is not supposed to be "painful". So train smart, train hard, and remember that you cant get results if you are hurt at home cuz you did 75 reps on each body part.

Well the website is doing good. Almost done moving and everything. Just trying to keep up! I think I make things more difficult than what they need to be. Maybe I am getting burned out and stressed. Who knows. I will press through. You guys be safe:-)

She is not a friend, but an angel in life. Things have been rough because my life has changed some stuff between us, but I will never forget about her and she will always remain in my life. I appreciate all the awesome support from you guys! I have been super busy trying to get content ready for my website. It just launched so we are working out the tweaks…I will try to get back with everyone ASAP! Keep riding with me!!! Heres a diet tip for you…When trying to get lean, dont count calories! Count carbs and protein…A good ratio is 75% of your body weight in carbs, 100-110% of your body weight in protein…GOOD LUCK!
